Emirates Properties respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices — in plain language.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address, your unit preference and the language you used — always with your explicit consent via the checkbox on the form. We also record which page and campaign the enquiry came from.
How we use it
Your details are used for one purpose: to respond to your property enquiry — including sharing the brochure you requested, answering questions and arranging viewings. We may share them with the relevant developer or licensed agent handling the project you asked about, for the same purpose only. We never sell your data.
Cookies
The public website sets no tracking or advertising cookies — which is why you see no cookie banner. Our visitor statistics are cookieless and anonymous: we count visits using a one-way daily code that cannot identify you. Only the private staff area uses a strictly necessary login cookie.
Where your data lives
Enquiries are stored securely in the European Union (Frankfurt) with our database provider, and email notifications are processed by our email provider. Access is restricted to authorised staff.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to assist you with your property search, and remove them when no longer required or upon your request.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time — message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will action it promptly.
